Hey everyone 👋

I’m the developer behind https://www.invitechains.com — a small community-driven platform where people share and pass along Sora2 invite codes.

Since launch, we’ve grown to over 6,700 registered users, with 5,272 total invite claims and 2,761 successful activations 🎉

Every single invite on the site was uploaded by users, not from us or OpenAI — it’s a completely organic, community-driven chain.

But recently, we’ve hit a problem:

👉 The number of uploaded invites has slowed down dramatically.

People are still claiming codes every day, but far fewer users are uploading new ones.

That means the “invite chain” — the thing that makes this work — is starting to break.

We’re trying to figure out:

How can we keep the chain alive and make it worthwhile for people to contribute again?

Here are a few directions we’re exploring:

  • 💎 Reward points — upload a valid invite, earn credits to use in other tools
  • 🧰 Free AI utilities — contributors get access to our tools like:
  • Sora Prompt Helper (AI prompt generator for professional Sora videos)
  • WM Video Watermark Remover (clean up Sora2 videos for reuse)
  • 🏆 Contributor leaderboard — give recognition to those keeping the chain going
  • 💌 Invite exchange thread — users can request & offer codes directly

We’ve already given every existing user 6 bonus points as a small thank-you gesture 🙏

These can be used for tool access or invite-related perks.

Our goal isn’t to profit from this — it’s to keep Sora2 access fair and collaborative, so everyone who wants to explore it has a chance.

If you’ve seen similar community models work elsewhere, or have ideas for how to sustain this ecosystem, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Let’s figure out how to keep this invite-sharing chain alive together 🌱
